Yay! I love October, there are pumpkins everywhere, Halloween decorations, and hot apple cider. I have to find a pumpkin patch!
I have been working on my larger linocut this week. First I wanted to see what the two figures looked like.
After the first proof, I wanted to add more light to their faces, add more volume to her flower hair and variation to background flowers.
I started trying to figure out the background and I have a very thing cutting tool that pretty much cuts lines into the linoleum.
I also wrapped a package Kevin got in the mail with my wrapping paper I ordered from Spoonflower! I really like it! I want to make more holiday theme wrapping paper!
Not too much is going on! Moochie is doing well so far, her kidneys are fine! I just have to figure out this whole radio iodine therapy, it takes a month or two to set a date, and we might not be in tennessee by December, so it's all up in the air right now. I would prefer to get it done here though. I'm just happy she's semi-healthy!
